Meet the Team

Peter Theis, MBA, CNE, RRS // OWNER/PHOTOGRAPHER

Peter runs the team here at PTP, and is the primary shooter for Real Estate, Drone, Headshot and Portrait Photography. He also creates our real hand-drawn renderings.

Trained as an Architect, he holds a B.Arch and B.S. from Rensselaer, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School of Business.

Peter has held a Real Estate license in the state of Pennsylvania for over ten years. He is a member of the Professional Photographers Association of America, holds an FAA Part 107 (drone) license, and has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers.

Peter is a staff photographer for Pittsburgh Real Producers and ModelWeek Pittsburgh, and a member of The Headshot Crew.

A lifelong lover of Real Estate, and frequent peruser of listings, Erin joined the team in 2020 as our second Real Estate Photographer.

Editing Team // specialists

Our editing team includes specialists for standard and premium Real Estate photography, Twilights, Headshots, and Virtual Staging. By having dedicated specialists, our clients are ensured a consistent look to our work, regardless of which photographer shoots for your project.

Our digital art and hand drawn renderings are all done by our founder.

REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY

Professional Real Estate Photography is our primary business, and we're passionate about it. As a one stop solution, our offerings for Realtors include: Premium Photography, Drone, Video, Matterport, Zillow 3D, Renderings, Virtual Staging, Slideshows and Hybrid Videos.

NEXT DAY TURNAROUND

Next Day delivery for Real Estate Photos is standard, six days per week. Rush same day delivery is available for an additional charge for Photos, Drone, Matterport and Zillow 3D.

Turnaround for most videos is 2-3 business days.
