A Sewickley native and born entrepreneur, Peter earned an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business where he was a James R. Swartz Fellow. Trained as an Architect, Peter earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Building Sciences from Rensselaer (RPI) and was formerly a Director and Associate at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, an award-winning New York City based firm internationally recognized for residential and commercial architecture. Peter has consulted on multiple green building software solutions developed out of Carnegie Mellon University.
Peter is a Member of BlueTree Allied Angels, Pittsburgh’s largest angel investment group. Peter identifies and evaluates investment opportunities using similar skills to those he leverages on behalf of Real Estate clients.
Peter advocates on behalf of both residential and commercial clients through all phases of the real estate selling and buying process.
Peter graduated from the Alan Kells School of Real Estate, adheres to the highest standard of personal ethics and the National Association of Realtor’s strict code of ethics. In addition he has completed advanced broker level coursework to enable him to greater serve his client’s needs. Peter is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and a Residential Relocation Specialist (RRS).
A graduate of Quaker Valley High School, Peter was an award-winning member of the Debate Club. After college, Peter lived in New York City and Greenwich, CT before returning to Pittsburgh to pursue his MBA.
With two children in local schools, Peter understands why many who have experienced a Sewickley and Pittsburgh childhood eventually relocate here to raise their own children.
Peter has seven years of experience in Real Estate and over twenty five years of experience with building related issues from construction to renovation to sales, all of which he brings to benefit his clients.
